Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Our event planning services are provided subject to availability and confirmation of booking deposits.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 30 days before your event. Late payments may result in service modifications or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: 75% refund. 30-90 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: 25% refund. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

Liability

Vow Promise Events maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for vendor failures beyond our control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or venue closures.
